Paula Caligiuri, President & Co-Founder

Paula works extensively with leading organizations and universities on the development of individuals’ cultural agility and career success. She has authored or co-authored several award-winning articles and books – including Cultural Agility: Building a Pipeline of Successful Global Professionals, Build Your Cultural Agility, and Live for a Living (co-authored with Andy Palmer). Paula is an instructor for a LinkedIn Learning courses, including Six Skills to Build Cultural Agility and Managing Globally. She holds a Ph.D. from Penn State University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a Fellow in both the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of International Business.

Andy Palmer, Co-Founder

Andy is former CEO and co-founder of Tamr, a next-generation data mastering company. As a passionate technology leader, Andy is committed to ending systemic inequity and improving multicultural relations. During his career as an entrepreneur and through his seed fund Koa Labs, Andy has served as founding investor, BOD member or advisor to more than 100 start-up companies in technology, healthcare and the life sciences, including Skiilify. Andy’s unique blend of strategic perspective and disciplined tactical execution is suited to environments where uncertainty is the rule rather than the exception. Andy is the co-author of the best-selling book Live for a Living (co-authored with Paula Caligiuri).

Diane DeCaprio, COO

Diane is an operations consultant to Timber Point Capital Management and formerly served as Director of Operations at Crow Point Partners. She spent ten years in equity research, primarily as an analyst covering the capital goods and manufacturing sectors, and previously held FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Diane has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
